公益財団法人日本スポーツ協会（JSPO）、公益財団法人日本オリンピック委員会（JOC）、公益財団法人日本パラスポーツ協会（JPC）の3団体が連携し、すべてのスポーツ関係者に対し、ウクラナの避難民の支援ならびに本土復興のための支援金を募集しています。

日本オリンピック・アカデミーでは、この募集情報を得て、広く、関係の方々に情報を共有することといたしました。

「COVID-19とオリンピック・パラリンピックムーブメントに関する調査」報告

JOAでは、2021年6月11日から7月2日を調査期間とし、COVID-19後のオリンピック・ムーブメント、パラリンピック・ムーブメント、スポーツの意味や大会のあり方について意見をいただく調査を実施しました。

対象は、JOA会員、国際オリンピック・アカデミー（IOA）、各国オリンピック・アカデミー、CIPC（国際ピエール・ド・クーベルタン委員会）、CNPC（各国ピエール・ド・クーベルタン委員会）、OSC（オリンピック研究センター）、研究者とし、日本語・英語でWebを通じて回答を送信していただきました。

ご協力いただいた方に感謝するとともに、調査の概要と回答のまとめを公表いたします。

（公財）ミズノスポーツ振興財団から助成をいただきました

2022年3月15日付で、公益財団法人ミズノスポーツ振興財団より、JOAのオリンピック・ムーブメント昂揚の活動に対する100万円の助成金をいただくことになりました。

JOAの理事会、総会等において贈呈式を開催し、感謝の意を表すべきところですが、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大により対面での式典の開催が困難であるため、ホームページにて公表し、謝意を表します。

JOA Statement: JOA Executive Board Condemns Russia’s Breach of the Olympic Truce Resolution

　The Japan Olympic Academy (JOA), an organization committed to the Olympic Charter which advocates promoting a peaceful society that respects human dignity, strongly condemns the breach of the Olympic Truce by the Russian government.

　All of the 193 United Nations member states adopted the Olympic Truce at the UN General Assembly held on December 2, 2021. The world must observe the Olympic Truce resolution in solidarity, which begins seven days prior to the opening of the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games and ends the seventh day following the closing of the 2022 Beijing Paralympic Winter Games. Russia, in particular, is one of the 173 nations that co-sponsored the most recent Olympic Truce resolution. Moreover, the Olympic Truce spirit must be respected beyond the truce period.

　On March 4, 2022 the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games will start. The Paralympic Games were created based on the idea of using the power of sport to help people injured during World War II return to society. The Paralympics history started with mutual respect for diversity and the promotion of peace, denying engaging in conflict with each other. As we stand on the verge of the Paralympic Winter Games, we strongly condemn the breach of the Olympic Truce resolution.

　The JOA, in agreement with the statement announced by the IOC*, IOA** and IPC***, strongly requests Russia observes the Olympic Truce Resolution.

Déclaration du Conseil d’administration du JOA condamnant la violation de la résolution sur la “trêve olympique

L’Académie olympique japonaise (JOA), une organisation à but non lucratif, condamne fermement la violation de la trêve olympique par le gouvernement russe, conformément aux principes de l’Olympisme, qui visent à promouvoir une société pacifique fondée sur la dignité humaine.

　Lors de l’Assemblée générale des Nations unies du 2 décembre 2021, la résolution relative à la trêve olympique a été adoptée par les 193 États membres des Nations unies.

　7 jours avant l’ouverture des Jeux olympiques d’hiver de Pékin 2022, le 4 février 2022, et 7 jours après la clôture des Jeux paralympiques d’hiver de Pékin 2022, le 13 mars 2022, la société internationale doit être solidaire et nous devons respecter la trêve olympique. En particulier, la Russie est l’un des 173 pays qui ont coparrainé cette résolution.
　En tout état de cause, l’esprit de la trêve olympique ne doit pas être respecté uniquement pendant les Jeux.

　Le 4 mars 2022, les Jeux paralympiques d’hiver débuteront à Pékin.
　Les origines des Jeux paralympiques remontent à la tentative d’utiliser le potentiel du sport pour réhabiliter les blessés de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Ce que ces origines révèlent, c’est un rejet fondamental des conflits entre les peuples, une reconnaissance de la diversité et un esprit de promotion de la paix.
　La rupture de la trêve olympique à l’approche des Jeux paralympiques doit être condamnée.

　JOA approuve la déclaration suivante du CIO et du CIP et exhorte la Russie à respecter la trêve olympique.
